It’s super sweet but the second, fourth, fifth , and seventh sentences are a bit unclear

It’s from your heart and that’s what matters. I’d say go from “…constantly have the urge to make you feel loved” to “my sweet soul, what did I do to deserve you and your thoughtful acts of consideration.” I don’t get the stuff between those two lines so maybe skip or rewrite
