I agree with 1 but it’s summer now my roommates are gone I’m about to go on a trip and it’s hard to find someone able to watch and feed my kitty

Depending on how many days you’re normally away, a cat will be fine by themselves. A lil lonely but wont be anything like a dog And i use a food bowl that dispenses food at certain times of the day and it can take like a good 3.5 lbs bag of food no problem. And i use a waterfall fountain for a water bowl which takes a lot of water at once. So my guy is usually set for a good week on just the food and water supply it holds

And if you’re having the cat while staying with room mates that also have cats, im sure they’d be less lonely while you were away cause they’d had some friends
