The bakery I work at is zionist owned (see comments pls) and a guy came in and asked if the owners supported israel. I told him yes, he said thank you and left. Made my day to see someone standing on business

don't come at me pls it's a temporary gig 3 blocks from my place where I'm finally getting adequate disability accommodations. $50 of my minimum wage goes to relief funds every month. unfortunately this job is necessary for me right now

i’m a bit unclear… are they self-described zionists? or you just know they donated to support victims of a terrorist attack? have they like expressed like positive sentiment toward israel or negativity to palestine or something? i know a lot of jews who both support palestine and are horrified by 10/7

They're 100% proud and open zionists, sorry I worded this badly. That anecdote wasn't the reason I called them zio, they have israel flags in their offices and we sold cookies with Miyan Bialak (self proclaimed staunch zionist) for women's history month (another anecdote but you get the idea). They're also Trump supporters

I'm scared to talk to them about it lol. I have a big free Palestine sticker and a sticker for my antizionist synagogue on my water bottle that sits in the main kitchen. One of the owners (also head baker) literally sends me death stares every time take a water break but no one has said anything
