idk if I have ocd but if I don’t get a certain task done in a certain time frame I feel like I’m doomed and the world is going to end. like I told myself that I need to finish two sections of my essay by tonight before 10:30 or else imma flip out

This just sounds like amazing coping skills tbh. I have ocd and for me it’s like: - if I do this task it’s gonna be soooo bad - While doing the task endless criticisms of how Im doing it This is with adhd as well

usually I motivate myself by doing things such as eating a snack while I do my work or do something fun after I’m finished
