hi yall i'm pretty new to the gym but i've been having a lot of knee and lower back pain (im assuming from my jobs, im on my feet 24/7) and was wondering what excerisises would help that :,) thank you!!!
stretching mostly. dead man hangs would probably help decompress your back and that might bring some relief. kinda depends what exactly is hurting but hip flexor and abductor work will probs help

if you can try and shift your weight while standing for long periods of time. don’t stand in the same position. it’ll help the hips which can help your back
