What’s the best method to getting homemade press ons to last? Mine never do as good as when I do them on my hand

tbh filling the back of the press ons with a nail drill and then ur natural nail, making sure ur dehydrating your nails so that your natural oils don’t interfere with the glue, i use a specific brand of glue that i feel lasts longer than other brands.. its the beauty secrets drip and clog proof one (my fav bc it doesn’t glue the cap shut and has a stand!!). i hope this helps
