Be clear on each of your boundaries. What’s allowed and what’s not for the new guy, for her, and you. Includes access, positions, protection, your engagement with him, etc

I completely agree with this! Boundaries are key! Make sure you are both comfortable at all times and don’t be afraid to stop if you are not.
