Try US Mobile. They have an annual minimalist plan with unlimited voice, text, 2GB a month for $96/yr; or $10/month.

I did the most research on us mobile, they allow u choose which networks to connect to I needed something uses Verizon towers

Ahh yes. They you’ll want their Warp network. I don’t work for them. Just read up on them a while back too.
