no, electric scooters are far more dangerous than e bikes. the small front wheel makes it extremely easy to go over the handlebars and crack your head open. cars also suck, but citibikes (the concept i have no idea if that particular program has been a success) offer a much safer micromobility option than lime or bird scooters.
