Mormonism is a joke coming from someone who has lived in Utah their entire life.

You’re confusing them with the Jehovah’s witnesses. It’s the witnesses who think only 144,000 people make it to heaven. The Mormons think all faithful people can go to heaven (and get their own planet and become a god it’s a whole thing there’s multiple different afterlives)

And they have Jesus painted as a supermodel. After going to Mormon church multiple times, the south park episode on Mormonism perfectly sums it up.

He was actually a known conman before he founded Mormonism, which makes it even more wild

huh. i need to look into them too. bc 144,000 is prominent in mormonism too. i was wrong its not who makes into heaven but thats how many high priests there can be. i wonder why that number shows up both places…but im not gonna look into it bc they’re both bs🤣

It actually comes from the book of Revelation in the New Testament. It repeatedly says that 144,000 people will be redeemed from earth in the end times. Most forms of Christianity tend to ignore that.
