I’m a Catholic too and I’m not a fucking Nazi. Catholicism isn’t entirely against homosexuality either. Yes it’s seen as a sin in the eyes of the church, but you can still be blessed by a priest, attend Confession, and even have everyone at your marriage blessed, you just can’t have the marriage itself blessed. Nick Fuentes can still be gay, he just can’t have a gay marriage blessed.

I guess we just have very different views on what it means to knowingly live in mortal sin. You also can’t receive the eucharist if you are living in mortal sin, so that’s probably something of note.

Well no, you’re simply wrong. The official Catholic stance on being gay is that the inclination of liking the same sex isn’t a sin. However, gay Catholics are called to chastity, similar to pre-marital straight Catholics. If you have premarital sex, partake in masturbation, use contraceptives, or amass wealth beyond comfortable living, congrats you’re now living in mortal sin. Lust and Sodomy are two sides of the same coin.

You would have to be in an entirely platonic homosexual relationship for it to be free from sin, there are plenty of bible verses to back that up

The only one of those that would be considered living in sin instead of simply committing a sin would be amassing wealth beyond comfort. The others are not a daily choice, but rather a single act that you can repent
