least then they weren’t taking Maya’s character notes. “Make me better at science than Dustin!” “Make me interrupt every intimate moment between Will and his family!” The cool, nonchalant blackhoney-wearing Robin from season 3 who translated a Russian code just because she was bored of serving ice cream is a better incarnation. She was a rude teenage girl who worked at the mall, and that character worked. They got rid of any ounce of originality that her character had and made her comic relief.

So idk what show you watched but by the end of season 3 Robin was being just as cringe as she is now. She was not friends with the group at the beginning of season 3 but by the end, she was, and she started opening up to them which meant being cringe and quirky

I mean Steve legit describes her as hyper while they were working together. She only acted nonchalant and cool because she didn’t know them and wanted people to perceive her as cynical. Which she admits to Steve in the bathroom scene when they’re crashing after the truth serum 😭 did you watch the show

End of? Yes. It was a downhill with her. Early on they had good potential for her as an angsty/ sarcastic teenage character just bored with her summer job but totally ruined her. I’m glad I’m not the only one who has noticed this- she devolved, and also in a way that’s lowkey kind of offensive.

Oh fr Kali does look super cool, however she introduced so many plotholes. She was abducted at an older age, but all the other kids were newborns when brought to the lab? She’s the only one with a different superpower than the other subjects? They didn’t shave her and 11’s heads when they were little? She poof! escaped and no one noticed? I like 11 meeting the other kids but unfortunately they didn’t think that far ahead when they introduced her.
