By definition, there’s a ton of proof. However, all the public proof is circumstantial. It’s an undeniable fact that he was close friends with Epstein, that trafficking occurred at Mar-a-lago, and that he hung out with convicted offenders and victims. But (so far) there’s no publicly released “smoking gun” evidence that Trump himself assaulted or trafficked anyone. Without this, it’s difficult to prosecute him, but anyone with half a brain can put the fucking puzzle together.

There’s definitely a lot of people involved. But why do you believe the evidence about everyone else except Trump? You honestly think that all the files are true except all the things specifically pertaining to him? That’s incredibly convenient that only the things he’s in are “untrue,” but everyone else in there is still guilty, especially because the evidence against him is overwhelming and by far one of the strongest cases against someone in Epstein’s circle.

But if you look it up, the government got the Epstein files when Obama was president and held on to them because of the democrat majority in congress who refused to release them because Bill Clinton appears in the photos. Now that there is a republican majority, they are starting to release them. Actually they weren’t released previously because of ongoing litigation against ghislaine Maxwell (sorry I’m too lazy to look up the spelling rn) and Epstein. It’s the same reason that all evidence in every case isn’t immediately released because it would let real criminals off due to public knowledge of the crime being linked to the defendant. I’ll give Trump credit on this the files couldn’t have been released until late 2024 so it actually occurred fairly quickly

No they’re not but legally the president wouldn’t have been able to release everything until after the court cases. Based primarily on legal precedent.
