I get the criticism but it was still a fun little album 😭 saying that as someone who’s not a fan and didn’t rly like short n sweet that much. I think the expectations were way too high and i don’t get what’s so wrong with a 27 year old woman making a sex positive satirical break up album.
Pitchfork has always been really gentle on Taylor. They gave Red a 9, 1989 a 7.7 and Folklore an 8. Sabrina getting a 7.9 is perfectly fair lol, it’s just Taylor fans getting salty about another artists success again, like they did when Tyler The Creator briefly unseated her on Spotify.
