if you're not interested, you're not interested. I don't have any particularly good ideas to help you find the right person, but trying to 'settle' on someone would be doing yourself and them a huge disservice.

i’ve put myself out there so much, i’ve met so many people lately but i haven’t met a single person i was romantically interested in. i have lots of cool friends now but no one i’d even consider dating. only thing i won’t do is dating apps, but i feel like that’s my only choice.
