From a math perspective alone... team C is better. Team C scored 35 more points (76-41) and prevented 18 more points (40-22)

But in reality... who knows. The reasons why one team performs better are much more complex than the final score. Comparing A and C based on their games against B could be like: In rock paper scissors comparing Rock and Paper based on how well they do against Scissors
