In general yeah testosterone is linked to arousal, even in women. Both sexes have testosterone and estrogen. This is partially why ovulation typically increases libido, as testosterone levels increase slightly during this time.

So yeah having more testosterone is connected with increased libido. Its just hormones and evolution (saying this as a female biology student).

I mean the clit is also composed of the same erectile tissue and does enlarge with arousal. But also in terms of behavior its mainly just a cultural thing. In some cultures “horny” men were looked down upon for being “barbaric”, and even larger p*nis sizes were seen as demeaning
