not really, say it whenever you feel comfortable. but i will say if it takes a year+ to say it I think that might indicate something isn't clicking in the relationship

Lowkey after four months of an official relationship if he hadn’t said it I would leave him. Like I’m not going to drive myself crazy over wondering what’s wrong. And if he’s that emotionally detached then we’re not compatible anyways. I’m very decisive & introspective so I’m aware of my emotions & I desire someone who’s the same.
