I’ve tried to get myself back into non-tech related hobbies such as drawing or gardening. I also try my best not to use more than one input at a time, like not putting a show on in the background and really just feeling the things around me.

I’ve been trying to get away from scrolling cause I’ll get stressed if I don’t have “brainless time”. And if I’m scrolling I try for things to read instead of watch (I go for YikYak, Pinterest, Reddit instead of YouTube or TikTok)

I also have been trying to connect with everything more and force myself to take it slow. Eating? Try to decipher specific flavors and such. Sitting down? How does the chair really feel? Asking yourself why more helps
