Why are you guys being hostile and mentally ill when commenting on this? It’s genuinely true and I fully understand and support it. I feel terrible for how much time I spend too.

Me. We have the option to use a simple flip phone or delete distracting apps from our phones. There’s so much to do outside using your phones. Read, art, listen to radio, watch a good movie, spend time outdoor. So much.

Yeah I did, I also have conversations out in society unlike so many who stay glued to them. It’s a matter of how you use it? I’m using it as a tool to see who else can relate. I am sick of myself at times for time I waste on it. You’re missing the whole point.

I want it to be something else. Like actually talking to people, riding bikes, reading, living in the real world and not in my phone. So yeah again, you’re missing the point. I knew there would be people to defend them, but wow.
