If you had to deal with lazy people with no ambition that hassle you for handouts everyday, you would have an attitude too.

Go work a serving job and you’ll find out quickly. 1 type of people acts like they’ve been there before, another type acts like they’re king for a day.

Who are those people who are hassling black women for handouts? I'm so confused

Sadly some men (key word SOME) are just lazy and instead of getting a life prefer to leech of others and see black women as “easy pickings” and sadly some of this comes from inside the black community itself

Dw I won't get upset over anyone saying "some men" 🤣 but damn that's kinda crazy, I didn't really think about it like that

Some men and other women will annoy everyone in their lives for food, weed or beer money almost like getting a job is impossible.

I'm having an interesting time thinking about this bc I've heard of the stereotype in person, though I haven't seen anything like what you're describing in the communities around me.. granted I'm white and this could be a very culturally subjective experience so I'm not saying that stuff doesn't happen

If you stepped out of your comfort zone, you might see something new. I went to a gas station in the city and people hang out in their cars and beg me for gas money so they can get home.

So I did some reading.. and black individuals "are significantly more likely to be victims of intimate partner violence than other racial groups".. so there's probably something there too With Hispanic people also having increased rates, which is interesting bc I was never physically attacked until I dated a Latina

Wait a minute, I just read that black couples are twice as likely(compared to white couples) to report intimate partner violence that goes both ways, and violence going against both parties was more common than violence only against one party
