I heard you just go somewhere regularly (like a cafe or something) and you start to see the same people and since yall r both always there you should have at least 1 thing in common, so it gets easier to talk to them and stuff

Also going to shows in the city is what I do, people are more than happy to talk to others, it’s a great environment imo
