I mean I use it casually but I’m also a gay chick so ymmv. It hits different coming from different people, in different tones. Great joke to make at a gyno exam tho

Vulgar, though funnily enough the origin of the word is not vulgar. It is a shortened version of the word “pusillanimous” meaning cowardly.
