I used to… something i recommend is meditation. Meditation and asking yourself questions that challenge the way you think . Its all about perspective… your mind is your mind so you have to learn how to utilize at a high level. If remain stagnant, youll feel like your locked behind a certain way of thinking. Find new hobbies, new friends, new exercises, new experiences in general. Life is about growth. I wish ya the best n keep yall heads up
Felt that. I have always been against therapy but my job provided some and I tried it and it was actually kinda nice to be heard. Then they stopped taking the insurance and told me I have to find a new therapy place, I was like dude no way, I didn’t wanna have to go and start all over again 😂 so back to square one
