
But to make you feel a little bit more in control about it you can always make a list of things you want to go over at some point during your sessions. You might not get to any of the just because the first session they will be mostly about your goals and getting them getting to know you. Try condensing what you’ve journaled into 1 page of bullet points (with context as needed) and hand it to them for your first session, and let them know you have a lot you want to talk about. Nothing wrong with the first couple sessions being about establishing a background! Just be honest and patient and try to work with them
