surround yourself with supportive people, keep yourself busy, find new hobbies, join a support group, consider getting more active if you can (running, lifting, hiking, etc)…also try to let yourself feel the pain—trying to suppress it will just hurt for longer. i’m so sorry you’re dealing with this right now, but you are strong and can do this 🫶
^^^ thisss. I also found journaling to be super healing (but may not be for you) just got out all the things I wanted to say. Each person will find what helps them but it also will just take time to detach. Trust time takes care of all things, and you’ll be better in a month and even better in 6
