When it comes to a guy in their 20s usually the age range stays to someone on their 20s. If they are 20-22 though they may date someone that’s 19 and in some cases 18

The barriers grow depending on life experiences as time passes by. Some in their 40s would date someone in their 30s or mid 20s, in their 50s same case. Thus when dating younger older men may date 5 to even 25ish years younger than them.

Not usually but depends on the context. Countries where people start working at 18 like Switzerland would interact with people in their late 20s a lot so it can happen
