how do you guys deal with not feeling bad after eating basically anything

(credentials: guy who has “recovered” and relapsed a few times from an ed) it gets easier when you think of people you care for and how you would want them to eat. you would want them to enjoy delicious food, and if you saw them suffering, you would be distraught. so you try to nourish yourself for the sake of others i guess

yeah! i’ve been on the merry go round a few times but what really helped me was to find reasons to eat that made me feel close to people. so having breakfast with people or enjoying a muffin in a cafe while people watching really helped
