Idk I’m like so anxious I think about the WORST thing that could possibly happen and then get happy this is a minor thing. Or I flip a table in anger it rly depends on the day

Start putting yourself in situations with BIG inconveniences like exercising or going in public, and the little stuff will seem so insignificant
