
For overeating, meal plan + taking breaks. Sometimes you are full but don’t feel full for a few minutes. After eating a full meal, wait 5 minutes and see if you stop feeling hungry. For undereating, don’t force yourself to eat. In my experience that never works. Also, I found warm > cold > lukewarm foods. If you want to eat more, try to not drink coffee between meals. Entertainment while eating can help or hurt, depending on your personality or the context.
