yes!!! please see a doctor, obgyn and/or endocrinologist. it may just be a hormonal imbalance from stopping your BC. if it us pcos, know pcos is a common chronic illness that can be managed with diet, medication, and supplements. things get a lot less scary when you understand what is going on with your body and why
Please seen a Dr. something like an estrogen patch might help certain BC can help. Laser for hair, it doesn’t get rid of it entirely and never will but it can help. Dory plays a large role. Take an iron supplement or a multivitamin to help with the fatigue. I was told I had PCOS from age 12 onward and only this year was I told it’s not PCOS it’s endo. So I sorta get it lol. Was an imposter for years I guess
I do!! It’s honestly such a struggle :( I’ve found that lifting weights (not necessarily for weight loss) really helps, especially when I focus on heavier lower-body workouts and giving yourself grace if you can’t do as much and remember sooo many others have this so you aren’t alone 🖤
