Running on a calorie deficit perpetually your body adapts to it. Run a week or two of eating more than you usually do to gain a caloric surplus it will make you gain a lil weight but cut back to a deficit you will see the weight loss. Do some HIIT (high intensity interval training) like sprints for 30 seconds, rest for 90 do that for like 10-15 sets on an empty stomach. Walk over 10k steps a day (that’s like 6 miles nbd). Ideally you will be losing .5-1lb of fat a week doing all that.
You can probably do intermittent fasting or super low calorie intake to lose 1.5/2 a week but that is VERY taxing on your body and if you don’t watch yourself when you get rid of that diet you will regain every pound you lost very very fast. Just keep consistent training routine and cardio and do like 2 weeks deficit 2 weeks surplus in calories keep rotating it you will see the numbers drop. Also weigh yourself every Monday and Friday not everyday your weight fluctuates day by day
