Loans + scholarships. So many scholarships. Usually they’ll have you write a short essay for the good ones, so write a generic essay or two about your goals or how you became who you are and you’ll be able to use it across multiple scholarships. Obviously some are more specific, but yeah

You can apply for loans, that’s how most people do it

Do not apply for any that require you to pay anything - those are scams.

Also, consider taking your general studies courses (math, English, etc) that are not specific to your major, at a community college where they are MUCH less expensive but can be transferred to your 4-year college for full credit.

Don’t apply to any big name scholarship like the Gates Foundation, you won’t even be a finalist, much less actually win the scholarship. Same for those $10,000-$20,000 scholarships. Apply for local scholarships, like some churches have scholarships, your town might have one or famous local business. Also there major specific scholarships.

I think you should apply for everything but do not expect to qualify for all of them. There’s lots of competition for the big ones but many smaller scholarships go unclaimed ‘cause no one bothered to apply.
