Seeing as it justifies and promotes slavery, rape, child abuse, genocide… yeah, it’s shitty. It’s a blood cult meant to harm as many as possible for the few at the top to benefit. Imagine if someone beheaded their neighbour and said “Santa made me do it to test my faith!”

Many of the 45,000 different branches of it certainly do love mentioning “the blood of Jesus” and how it “washes” over them/away sins, the eucharist quite common… there’s a strong hyperfixation on blood throughout all of the myths, too. So, yeah. Blood cult.

Still, you fail to realize that just because some people who claim to be Christians behave like barbarians doesn't mean all Christians are evil and "want people to suffer." Making that kind of statement doesn't make you more righteous, I'm afraid. And insulting an ENTIRE religion and calling God a "made up character" is just next level weird and if the OP said "Allah is the greatest" or "Buddha is the greatest" or whatever, I would just SCROLL because it's not my belief.
