any time i hear something about mental health they either use people who have commited as examples or literally only talk about it after someone had commited just like halloween

thankfully I haven’t lost anyone close to me to that…..a lot of my friends have gone through it and one of my closest attempted but realistically saved by a miracle. Fast forward to today and he even say nobody cares about his mental health until it’s genuinely bad
