It depends: is it dominated by one because the other gender wants nothing to do with it? Is it legit a thing the other gender can’t do? Then no, it’s fine. It’s bag only if one gender (or more) is being pushed aside because of said gender.

Not necessarily bad itself but it is indicative of how gender shapes society and incentivizes people to behave in a certain way in the public so that they’re accepted Ex. Female constructions working will always be too manly to be fem to some people, and too fem to be a good constructionist working, so there’s much less friction if she chooses a different job. Male nurses are an example of the opposite
