Food poisoning can be either throwing up profusely or having diarrhea profusely or both tbh but I think if you got sick from the food and your body doesn’t usually do what it’s doing then it’s food poisoning

I called food poisoning when it’s coming out of both holes at a point you have to hydrate yourself again, but I guess that works too
