
it's okay to be annoyed but it's important to be mature about it and think to yourself "why am I annoyed" (not knowing why is still a valid reason) and then just be conscious about how you're treating others. To straight up stop being annoyed is tough but not impossible and it's a bit cliche but also hard. It's to stop caring about smaller problems. A good way i've done that is to think if it'll affect me 2 weeks from now and that helps me out.
