There’s a much larger fuck men sentiment in lesbian spheres of influence compared to men. Plus straight women are not always the best friends to gay men

Lesbian here- I have a hard time connecting with men as in my experience they’ve had a tendency to still make comments/sexualize me. Just cause I like women doesn’t mean they can objectify them around me. I have a few friends that are men, but have never been as close to them as I have women.

This! In my experience men’s friendships are more surface level, they don’t talk deeply as often as women do. Women’s friendships are often based on deep talks and connection.
