I have only a few friends. And it’s been part of them, but more and more often now it’s gotten a bit far. Leaving messages unopened for days, getting told I’ll get a call back and if I do they were just alone watching tv, or just not answering at all and saying they don’t feel like talking

No ur not asshole ik how you feel but you have to remember that although this does sound mean no one is obligated to be there for us. But yk who will always be there for us Jesus Christ

I think that’s fair. Some people just aren’t able to. If it’s a constant thing, then maybe it’s a cause of concern.. but it’s important to be able to self soothe in these types of moments because not everyone can show up for you when you need them to.
