Hit the gym few times a week, eat oats or put them in your smoothies, you could carb load before bed. Eat pasta or pancakes or whatever to thicken up. What made me gain was constantly eating lil Debbie cakes and high cal stuff

I’m currently 111 I’m start drinking protein shakes with my meals. So hopefully that’s help

sometimes adding protein feels too heavy but adding carbs is easier for me (buttery noodles as a snack) or making meals into dips &eating w tortilla chips

Just eat cheesy garlic bread and some pasta every night and you’ll be good
