Him. You are allowed to have male friends just like he’s allowed to have female friends. What’s this “you are mine” bullshit? Move on, love, not worth your time, especially if he thinks that you meeting with a group of friends equals you hanging everyone there. Make it make sense!

It all depends, pics in themselves are innocent but there’s almost always more nuances behind the pic and what you two have been going through.
