If he wanted to talk to you then he would’ve reached out. Even if he was busy all day, you mean to tell me that he couldn’t find 30sec to text you “really busy today but thinking of you!” Or “super busy but I’ll tty tomorrow!”? If u didn’t cross his mind then he’s not into u fr. If u crossed his mind but he didn’t feel u were worth communicating with, then he doesn’t prioritize you. Him not feeling you’re worth less than 1 min of his day means that he’s not into you. You deserve better.
