Yes and yes. They actually sell capsules of digestive system safe flutter specifically so your shit will be glittery (or used to). And it can be any significant amount of any food dye (natural or synthetic) can turn your poop that color. Blue synthetic dyes turn it green, and natural red dyes like beets can turn your poop pink or dark red (causing some fun er trips for those who are unaware)
