You can get a separate surgery to get cosmetic balls put on but as far as I know meitoplasty and phaloplasty don’t like by default give you balls, they’re about lengthening the clit. (For context I don’t have bottom surgery but I’ve been on hormones a few years so I’ve looked into it a bit).

It was the worst mistake of my life, I’m in the process of going back to female. If I can recommend anyone don’t do it. I was a social outcast, and felt awful. I was pretty beforehand

You are an outlier. Me and many other trans people have no regrets about their transitions. You should not tell people what they should and shouldn’t do with their bodies. I hope you feel at peace with yours again soon though.

Nowhere did anyone shame detransitioning. I literally said that we shouldn’t tell people what they should or shouldn’t do with their bodies. If someone wants to detransition that’s up to them. The person I was replying to was actively encouraging people to not transition which is something that should also be up to the individual.
