What if that’s this one but they’re being created and destroyed at exactly the same rates so it doesn’t seem like anything’s happening

That’s just this one. Matter -> Energy (matter is destroyed) Energy -> Matter (matter is created) Now if you would replace ‘matter’ in your statement with ‘energy’….
