If it is a shower shared with others yes, nasty. If it is your personal shower that you don’t share you’re probably good, just don’t piss on yourself, wash there if you do, and get it all down the drain.

If you do it right before getting out (not washing after) yes, but mid shampoo rinse and you will have to wash after I don’t see an issue as long as you clean your shower regularly
