Recently I’ve been tryna drink more water throughout the day rather than just at meals, and I’ve noticed I’m basically pissing like 1-2x an hour. Is that normal? Will it taper off as my body adjusts? Going from like 4cups/day to 12

Dude I’m going through the same shit. Turns out I’m just like super dehydrated all the time bc if I’m even close to recommended water intake I’m pissing like every hour minimum
