the fact that no where in the original post was that brought up but you still thought it was necessary speaks volumes. they might not have been able to prove that he raped Jean Carroll but they were able to prove that he had sexually abused her, which still makes him a sexual predator. the majority of rapists don’t get convicted of rape anyway, just because a judge hasn’t said someone is a rapist doesn’t make them not a rapist
