Yeah. They help me talk my problems and how I feel. They repeat it back and helped me calm down. I called when I wasn’t feeling violent, I had a horrible day and needed to tell someone without alerting my family. Anonymous and free.

I’ve been advised to go local rather than to a national hotline because of the wait times
